Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking Policy:

  • Deposit: To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 40% of the cruise cost per passenger is required within 3 business days of the booking date. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit.

  • Release of Space: If the deposit is not received within 8 business days, the blocked spaces will be automatically released.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance (60%) must be paid 60 days prior to the cruise departure date.

Groups Booking & Yacht Charters

  • Deposit: To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required within 3 business days of the booking date. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit.

  • Release of Space: If the deposit is not received within 8 business days, the blocked spaces will be automatically released.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance (50%) must be paid 60 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation Policies 

  • Cancellations made after booking are subject to a $200 administrative fee
  • 120 days or more prior to departure: A penalty of 15% of the total amount per person applies.
  • 119 to 61 days prior to departure: A penalty of 40% of the total amount per person applies.
  • 60 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total fare will be charged as a penalty.
  • Holiday Exception: For Christmas and New Year departures, a 100% penalty applies to cancellations made within 150 days of departure

Health & Travel Insurance

Health Insurance: Passengers must acquire Health Insurance before traveling.

Travel Cancellation Insurance: Unforeseen circumstances can occur, such as emergency illness, accidents, surgery, the death of a close relative, or missed international flights. The Agency strongly recommends that each passenger purchase Travel Cancellation Insurance and Health Insurance to cover these mishaps. If a tourist cannot travel due to these reasons, Travel Cancellation Insurance will cover the cost of the trip.

Refund Policy: Under no circumstances does the Agency issue refunds for missed flights, trip cancellations due to health reasons, late visa issuance, expired passports, or any other issue affecting the passenger's arrival in Ecuador.

NOTE:

  • If the passenger fails to show up or decides not to take the tour, no refund will be issued.
  • The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary when deemed necessary for the passenger's well-being.
