This Ecolodge provides solar electricity to charge batteries of cameras or other electronic objects, rooms with private toilet and hot shower, to make as les impact is possible to nature the lodge also provides biodigestors for the toilet system. Sure the sustainable tourism industry is benefiting directly local communities in the reserve, at the same time protecting a part of the last refuge of wildlife on earth.
Diving Itinerary
Jungle Tour (3 Days – 4 Days – 5 Days )
ITINERARY 3D/2N
1.- Quito – Lago Agrio – El Puente. Flight (9:00 am) or bus (one day before – 8 Travel time) to Lago Agrio. Transfer from Lago Agrio to El Puente (2 hours).Registration of passports or cedulas and boarding, 2 hours of canoe trip on the Cuyabeno River to GUACAMAYO ECOLODGE. In the afternoon canoe ride around the lagoon to observe birds and other animals such as pink river dolphins, monkeys, etc. Night Dinner and night walk to possibly observe nocturnal birds such as owls, and other animals such as frogs, spiders, and more insects.
2. – Depending on the weather, the itinerary can go with one of these options:
Large lagoon. Breakfast Three hours of walkthrough in the primary forest for its incredible diversity, especially for the past. Search of flora and fauna and their medicinal uses. Lunch Relax time In the afternoon, making chocolate by hand from dry cocoa beans. Late Sunset on the LAGUNA GRANDE with the opportunity to swim in it. Exit Search for alligators, boas, nocturnal monkeys, etc. RETURN LODGE and Dinner.

Breakfast Canoe trip For the river of the Siona indigenous community, to interact and learn about their traditions and customs Demonstration and participation in the elaboration of Casabe Typical dish of the region: Elaboration based on cassava lunch VISIT AND CEREMONY WITH THE SHAMAN: Know secrets and ancestral knowledge of shamanism NIGHT, Dinner.
3. – The Bridge -Lago Agrio- Quito. Early morning bird watching on the river Breakfast Travel along the Cuyabeno River to THE BRIDGE Return to Lake Agrio Take the flight or bus to Quito.

2.- Laguna Grande. Breakfast Three hours hikking in the primary forest to observe its incredible diversity, especially birds. Search of flora and fauna and their medicinal uses. Lunch Relax time In the afternoon, making chocolate by hand from dry cocoa beans.
